We feel that it is better to focus on the quality of the massage than the quantity. Our therapists are well cared for because Sandy understands that the more you care about your staff, the more the staff cares about the company and the clients.

Our Guest Services Team may not do “hands-on” therapy, but you are the ones who “massage the egos” of our clients and Service Team. You also help to “massage the numbers” and assist our company in achieving goals that would be considered unimaginable if left to the individuals by themselves. You play an important role in managing first impressions. You too, get to reap the “benefits” if working full time.

- Your time is valuable -Therapists are paid an hourly wage, from the punch in to punch out
- You are as good as your last massage – no more than 6 hours of massage per day
- Customer service means spending time with your clients before and after the massage – Breaks of 15-30 minutes are given between clients and lunch breaks for 8-hour shifts
- Full-time benefits include paid personal and sick days, vacation, health insurance, free massage treatments, discounts on products, and contributions toward CEUs and Team Bonuses

Founder & President, Licensed Therapist
I’m Sandy Saldano, owner of Therapeutic Kneads Ltd. For the last 35 years, I’ve personally helped people improve their life with massage therapy. I’ve developed a clinic-like system that creates treatment plans to help clients achieve drug-free pain relief!
Our team of licensed massage therapists go through a rigorous training program to ensure that body mechanics, technique and client communications are refined to ensure that therapists can enjoy a long-lasting career. We give full time benefits including insurance, paid time off and free massages to take good care of the staff that is taking great care of the clients.
A great culture depends on a whole team approach where staff are compensated well for their time and talents. Limiting massage output to 5-6 hours per day with breaks, paid CE’s, and team building activities are what makes Therapeutic Kneads a unique and great find to help you reach your future goals and to achieve longevity in the field of massage therapy.
